Booking Policy:

Our company maintains clear polices to ensure a seamless learning experience for our students. It is imperative that students settle the full course fee before their scheduled course date, utilizing accepted payment methods such as Apple Cash, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash, as detailed on our website. Receipts confirming payment will be promptly emailed upon verification. To facilitate attendance, reminder notifications will be dispersed 48 hours before the scheduled course.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

We emphasize punctuality, allowing a 10-minute grace periods for all courses. However, any student exceeding this limit must remit a $25 rescheduling fee to the instructor, with the original payment covering the first rescheduled course only. Subsequent tardiness incurs the cost of the entire course, alongside an additional $25 rescheduling fee, and the student must discuss a reschedule date with the instructor.

 

Rescheduling Policy:

Recognizing unforeseen circumstances, we offer a three-day window from the payment date to reschedule without a fee. However rescheduling beyond this period incurs a $25 fee to maintain the efficiency and structure of our courses. Any student who does a no call/no show will not be able to book future courses, unless authorized by the instructor.

Our CPR company adheres to a no-refund policy; however, students are welcome to reschedule within the stipulated terms listed above.
