#BLS HeartCode

Course Description

This training course is specifically designed for students to complete all HeartCode BLS eLearning requirements in any location THEN schedule an in person hands-on BLS skills session with an AHA BLS Instructor. The online education will adequately prepare students for hands-on practice and testing of BLS skills by using a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-direct learning, and interactive activities to teach students BLS knowledge and skills. This training course ensures healthcare professionals stay up to date on vital life-saving skills and will provide you with a two year certification card through the American Heart Association (AHA) after each participant successfully completes all portions required for the course. For group reservations (eight or more participants), reach out to our lead instructor for exclusive scheduling and group pricing. Each participant will receive a pre-course letter via email before their scheduled session to ensure readiness and confirm course information. Please be aware that a $35 eLearning processing fee and $10 certification card processing fee, mandated by AHA, is included in the course price. Please Note: HeartCode students may be charged an additional $25 training fee if the AHA BLS Instructor feels eLearning was unsuccessful and the student is unable to successfully demonstrate BLS skills or knowledge of BLS topics covered. Upon completion of additional training, a certification card will be issued to the discretion of the AHA BLS Instructor.
